1. Synopsis
The torch brazing of aluminum materials is generally done
by gas fire with the Al-Si alloy welding rod or ring to which the plus
of the low temperature Chloride line is applied. The welding rod of our
product contains low temperature flux of fluoride. If it is heated by
gas fire, flux will be first melted, by which the oxidized film is removed.
In consequence, the lead material is easily filled through the capillary
phenomenon.

3. The Features of Aluminum Flux In Wire and the Progress of
Work for Improvement
- Because of the existence of the most suitable soldering filer
and flux, the state of welding is quite neat after brazing.
- Easily suited to the temperature condition of the brazing of soldering filler-
and flux-applied products.
- No need to clean after brazing because flux is non-corrosive.
- The flowability of lead material is better, because the flowability of flux
is fast in parallel with the direction of the wire connection of the side contacting
the basic material.
